John F. Carlson

John F.
Carlson He has been a Director of BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 1995 and is Chairman of BioEnergy, Inc. and Excorp Medical, Inc. He is a Trustee of St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cray Research, Inc. Mr. Carlson joined Cray Research, Inc. in 1976 as Director of Finance and was Treasurer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer until 1995.
From 1964 to 1976, he was a Public Accountant of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Carlson received a BS degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and became a Certified Accountant in 1966.
