James F.
Bartl was elected Secretary in May 1978 and the additional
position of Executive Vice President in November 1998.
He has been
associated with the registrant since 1969.
Prior to becoming an
officer, he was Resident Counsel and Director of Industrial Relations,
the latter position he continues to hold.
