They typically invest from EUR 250 thousand up to EUR 2.5 million per transaction. TM seeks distressed firms. They provide capital and support through their management and industry expertise. They aim to stabilize the firm, encourage growth and add value. An investment commission comprised of at least three persons, independent of the fund management, formulates and executes the investments and exit decisions.
