Prior to joining Turnstone Capital in 2005, Mr. Lepofsky worked as an investment banker for Needham & Company's Technology Group and UBS Investment Bank's Consumer Products Group, where he was responsible for executing merger and acquisition transactions, equity offerings, and divestitures.
