Mehta is a Director at Houlihan Lokey Capital, Inc. She is a key member of the Environmental Services practice.
Her transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives advisory, management buyouts, special situations advisory, valuation work, and capital raises.
She has more than a decade of investment banking experience advising companies in the environmental and industrial services sector.
Her clients span a number of subsectors, including solid waste management, hazardous and nonhazardous waste services, specialty waste services, industrial maintenance, remediation, and recycling services, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Mehta worked at boutique investment bank Madison Williams, where she focused on lower-middle-market M&A advisory.
Ms. Mehta holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
