David M. McPherson

Mr. David M.
McPherson is Chief Legal Officer at Catterton Partners Corp.
Prior to joining Catterton, he was a partner in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins with a practice focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation.
He has extensive experience representing issuers, private equity funds and underwriters in both public and private financing transactions, representing public and private companies in both acquisitions and the sales of their businesses and advising both sponsors and investors in the US and internationally in the organization, negotiation and operation of investment funds, including buyout, venture capital, real estate, emerging markets and other funds.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, he was an associate in the business practice and private equity group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault.
He was a clerk to Justice Francis P.
O'Connor of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 1993 to 1994.
Mr. McPherson earned a B.S.
magna cum laude in management from the University of Massachusetts, and received his J.D.
magna cum laude from Boston University.
