Ciaburri is a Vice President of EnCap Flatrock Midstream.
Mr. Ciaburri supports all finance, administrative and accounting functions of EFM’s funds and portfolio companies.
Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2014, Mr. Ciaburri was an analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Jefferies LLC in Houston, where he focused on M&A advisory work as well as public and private capital raises in the energy sector.
Mr. Ciaburri holds a B.S.
with a double major in Business Administration and English from Bucknell University.
He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Evolution Midstream, Lotus Midstream and Rangeland Energy IV.
