The firm invests as a majority shareholder, alone or in partnership with other financial investors, partnering with experienced management teams with excellent track records and which share their strategic vision. Sparring's main concern is to understand the challenges faced by CEOs and assist them throughout the strategic reasoning and implementation process, with a particular focus on build-ups and financial optimization. The firm's partners make the investment decisions and do not invest in turnaround situations or start-up companies.

Apicap invests in companies located in France. The firm focuses on a broad range of sectors and industries. It provides financing for early, later, LBO and growth stage capital requirements. It also makes minority interests.

123Venture provides private equity investment through funds, co-investments, and direct investment to institutional and individual investors through their network of leading private equity managers in France and Europe. The firm also invests directly in companies, typically alongside other private equity fund managers with whom they have made fund investments.
