The firm invests in emerging/developed markets, commercial/residential, public/private equity, development/distressed, and early stage land acquisitions. They look for 20-30% returns over 3-4 year period. In addition they also deal in corporate restructuring situations where real estate is the main asset. Their transactions are typically on a club deal/co-investment basis with like-minded clients and partners, and always co-invests alongside our clients and requires our local partners to co-invest. The firm leverages their in-house development team for turnkey development projects in industrial and office sectors. They are active and opportunistic development investors and consider other sectors such as retail, residential and varied use projects alongside local landowners. CC-UK seeks projects where they can add substantial value through structuring, application of their capital markets and corporate finance experience and real estate development expertise. Specifically, they have invested in greenfield real estate developments such as residential complexes, offices, tourist sites and logistic hubs in areas such as Vietnam, China and the Ukraine. They have also invested in a land bank and development portfolio of industrial properties in Canada.
