Mr. Winogradoff is a vice president and chief analyst in Gartner Research.
Before joining Gartner, Mr. Winogradoff worked as a consultant and director with a Virginia-based market research and consulting company that focused primarily on customized market share, benchmarking, and competitor research for the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Winogradoff graduated from Manhattan College with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering, received a master's degree in electrical engineering from New York University, and attended executive programs at Wharton Graduate School (Pennsylvania University), Darden Graduate School (University of Virginia), Penn State, and Iowa State.
From 1995 through 1997 he served on the Conference Board for Competitive Intelligence and was a member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
