Its customers borrow for general working capital purposes, bridging ahead of refinancing, land development and property acquisition. The loans provided by the Company are for renewable 12-month terms with fixed interest rates. The Company's loans to its borrowers are financed primarily from a combination of the Company's own resources and the debt facilities.
