The Company owns interest in a subsidiary company, Cannabis Funding Group, Inc., which is engaged in investing in Cannabis related businesses. Its subsidiary also includes Cannabis Funding Group, LP. The Company, through its subsidiary, International Equity Partners Oil & Gas, Inc., holds interest in gold mining assets in Colorado.
