RAK Petroleum plc is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas investment company. The Company's principal holdings are 44.94% of DNO ASA (DNO) and 33.33% of Foxtrot International LDC held through Mondoil Enterprises, LLC. (Foxtrot International). DNO holds stakes in onshore and offshore licenses at various stages of exploration, development and production in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Norway, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Ireland and Yemen. DNO's principal producing assets and reserves are in Kurdistan where it holds two licenses, in Norway where it holds 73 license and, in the United Kingdom, where it holds 11 licenses. Its licenses are also held in the Netherlands (two license), Ireland (one license) and Yemen (one license). Foxtrot International LDC is an exploration and production company active in West Africa whose principal asset is a 27.27% interest in and operatorship of Block CI-27 offshore Cote d'Ivoire. Block CI-27 contains the two producing gas fields in the country.
