Harte Gold Corp is a Canada-based gold mining company with assets in one of the prolific gold-producing regions of Canada. The Company's properties include Sugar Zone property and Stoughton-Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone property is located in the Dayohessarah Greenstone Belt of late Archean (ca. 2.7 Ga) age that is part of the Abitibi-Wawa Subprovince of the Superior Province. The Sugar Zone property, which encompasses approximately 81,287 hectares covering a significant greenstone belt. The Stoughton-Abitibi property, which is located over 110 kilometers east of Timmins and approximately 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, and 10 kilometers due east of the Holloway-Holt gold mine and mill. The property is comprised of 101 claim units made up of 17 unpatented, contiguous claims covering a total area of 1,646 hectares.
