GS Global Corp is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the distribution of steel products. The Company operates through four segments. The Trade and Distribution segment primarily engages in the trading and distribution of steel, petroleum and chemicals, coal and biomass, cement, machinery. The Logistic segment primarily engages in the provision of pre-delivery inspection (PDI) services for imported automobiles, unloading and transportation, and manufacturing of special-purpose vehicles. The Manufacturing segment primarily engages in the manufacturing of petrochemical and power plant equipment. The New Business and Other segment is primarily engaged in renewable energy business such as electric vehicles and solar power equipment, healthcare, as well as recycling business.
