ENR Russia Invest SA (ENR) is an investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to invest in private and public companies in Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries and in the Baltic States and to assist portfolio companies to grow turnover and to improve margins and generate long term capital returns on invested capital. Its investments will be done primarily through equity and/or equity related and/or debt instruments in companies operating in Russia, other members of the CIS and the Baltic States. As of December 31, 2009, its investment portfolio included Eastern Property Holdings Limited, Naftrans Limited and Unified Energy Systems. It provides expansion capital; assistance with business planning and strategy; development of optimal corporate and capital structures; assistance with financial and management reporting; securing strategic partner, and initial public offer (IPO) planning. Its investment manager is Valartis International Limited.
