The Company is advancing its Elephant project in the Battle Mountain trend of Nevada, as well as the drill-ready Gold Mountain project in Battle Mountain, Nevada. The Company also holds an option to purchase the high-grade Lucero mine in southern Peru. The Elephant project comprises 196 claims with an area of approximately 3,758 acres. It is located only a few kilometers away from historically significant mines that include Fortitude and Copper Canyon. The Gold Mountain Project is comprised of over 34 unpatented lode mining claims spanning approximately 284 hectares in the historically prolific Battle Mountain mining district of Lander County, Nevada.
