Debao Property Development Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in developing integrated residential properties and commercial properties. The Company operates its businesses through four segments. The Property Development segment is mainly engaged in development of residential, commercial and other properties. The Construction Contract segment is mainly engaged in building structural projects and interior works for jointly controlled operations and third parties. The Property Investment segment is mainly engaged in leasing of investment properties to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the value of the properties in the long term. The Others segment is mainly engaged in provision of property management, trading and public utilities. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the domestic and overseas markets.
