Champion Communication Services, Inc. was engaged in providing high-powered trunked radio dispatch services in the United States. The Company served approximately 235 trunked dispatch customers domestically in metropolitan areas utilizing just under 3,500 subscriber units (either radio or base stations) in four states. In addition to dispatch services, it offered vehicle tracking solutions. On February 13, 2007, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (Agreement) to sell substantially all of its assets to FleetTALK Partners, Ltd. (FleetTAlk). As of December 31, 2008, the Company is referred to as a reporting shell corporation. The Company's business plan is to locate and combine with an existing, privately held company that desires to become a public corporation.
