Borgosesia SpA operates in the real estate sector through investments held in such companies as 4438663 Canada Inc and 4482409 Canada Inc; in asset management through such companies as Borgosesia Gestioni SGR SpA and Ametista Funding SPV, and in the energy generation industry through stakes held in Il Faro Srl, Anemos Srl, Borgosesia SpA and Solarisuno Srl. In addition, the Company also operates in the textile industry, through the Penelope Group, active in the creation of raw and finished fabrics and in search of innovative fabrics. The Company is a subsidiary of CdR Advance Capital.
