Armada PAO (Armada PJSC) is a Russia-based company involved in the Information Technology (IT) sector. The company offers software development, as well as provision of information technology services and other information technology solutions. Between 2000 and 2007 the Company operated under the RBC SOFT brand. Before 2000, it was part of RBC’s information technology department. Armada’s solutions portfolio covers various information technology market sectors, including software development, information technology services and hardware. The Company provides its services to companies active in the various economic areas, governmental organizations and state bodies. The Company is active domestically and operates through four subsidiaries, three of which are wholly owned. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Depozitarno-Kliringovaya Kompaniya ZAO with a stake of 46.21%.
