Alliance Resources Ltd is an Australia-based gold and base metals exploration company. The Company is focused on exploration and development of its projects in South Australia and Western Australia. Its projects include Wilcherry Project and Nepean North Project. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Alliance (Eyre) Pty Ltd owns Wilcherry Project, which is located within the Gawler Craton, northern Eyre Peninsula, approximately 120 kilometers to the north-west of Whyalla and 40 kilometers north of the township of Kimba, South Australia. The Wilcherry Project comprises approximately seven exploration licenses over approximately 1,470 square kilometers. The Nepean West Project is located within the Coolgardie Domain of the Kalgoorlie Terrane in the Eastern Goldfields, approximately 25 km southwest of Coolgardie and approximately 60 km southwest of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, and is prospective for gold deposits.
