The communications group reported a 4.3% increase in revenue for 2025, reaching 307 million euros. EBITA stood at 45 million euros, compared with a loss of 1 million euros a year earlier, driven by the solid performance of Gameloft and a reduction in corporate headquarters costs.

At the same time, efforts to reduce corporate headquarters costs continue, with 27 million euros in savings achieved in 2025 compared to 2024.
Net income, group share, showed a profit of 20 million euros, compared with a loss of 6.004 billion euros in 2024.
As of December 31, 2025, Vivendi's portfolio of listed holdings was valued at 5.532 billion euros, compared to 6.887 billion euros a year earlier, notably following the disposals of TIM and Telefonica.
Net financial debt reached 1.5 billion euros at the end of 2025, compared to 2.6 billion euros as of December 31, 2024.
The group specified that it has initiated a process for the acquisition of Prisma Media's Luxury division. Such a transaction would align with its strategy as an operational investor focused on value creation within content, brands, and cultural ecosystems. The luxury division would benefit from a favorable environment to pursue its development, particularly through innovative formats.
