TIM has announced the signing of an agreement with Boost BidCo - a vehicle controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) with participation from Retelit - to extend the long-stop date for the closing of the Sparkle sale to October 15, 2026. The transaction was previously expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2026.
