Sveafastigheter has announced the commencement of a new residential project comprising 131 apartments in central Västerås, according to a press release.

The new apartments will feature between one and four rooms plus a kitchen, with an average size of 56 square meters.

The first move-ins are expected to take place in 2027. The total investment is estimated at 344 million kronor. Upon completion, the property is projected to generate an annual rental value of 21 million kronor and a net operating income of 18.3 million kronor, based on an occupancy rate of 98 percent.
