The nomination committee of Ossdsign has updated its proposal regarding board fees ahead of the Annual General Meeting on June 9, according to a press release.

The previous proposal of a total of SEK 1.3 million in board fees remains, with SEK 400,000 allocated to the Chairman and SEK 300,000 to each of the other members, with the exception of Christer Fåhraeus, who is proposed to receive no fee.

In addition, the nomination committee is now proposing a specific fee for the audit committee totaling SEK 120,000. Of this, SEK 80,000 is proposed for the chairman of the audit committee and SEK 40,000 for the other member. The proposal is otherwise unchanged.
