Construction company NCC has reported revenue and operating profit for the fourth quarter of 2025 in line with its preliminary announcement. The board proposes an unchanged dividend, both in terms of the ordinary and the special dividend.
Revenue fell by 21.6 percent to 15,929 million kronor (20,323).
Operating profit amounted to 692 million kronor (844). The operating margin was 4.3 percent (4.2).
The results include a write-down of 1.4 billion kronor, mainly related to property values in Property Development.
Adjusted operating profit amounted to -479 million kronor (844).
Profit before tax was -516 million kronor (779).
Profit after tax was -723 million kronor (721).
Earnings per share amounted to -7.40 kronor (7.37).
Order intake landed at 14,462 million kronor (13,449).
An ordinary dividend of 9.00 kronor per share (9.00) is proposed. In addition, a special dividend of 2.00 kronor (2.00) is proposed.
Cash flow from operating activities amounted to 1,978 million kronor (4,980).
