Yosuke Nishibayashi

Yosuke “Nishi” Nishibayashi is a Managing Director of Consello Investment Banking.
As an investment banker with nearly two decades of experience, Nishi has advised on many landmark M&A transactions across various sectors.
Nishi specializes in advising public company M&A transactions including take-private, merger-of-equals, public company sale transactions, as well as spin-offs and carve-outs.
During his career, Nishi has advised on over $500 billion in closed M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Consello, Nishi was a senior investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Nishi was an investment banker in Lazard’s General Industries Group in New York and J.P.
Morgan in Tokyo.
Nishi holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Williams College.
