W. Scott Hartman

Prior to joining Blum Capital, Mr. Hartman was Chief Financial Officer of EGORA Holding, a high-tech holding company in Munich, Germany.
His responsibilities included management of corporate finance, accounting, budgeting/forecasting and treasury functions.
Prior to EGORA, Mr. Hartman spent six years at Security Capital Group Incorporated, a $4.5 billion global real estate research, investment and operating management company, where he held a variety of different positions including serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a $1.7 billion European based NYSE-listed affiliate and was responsible for general financial operations, capital markets and capital management.
Mr. Hartman has a B.A. from Stanford University and a JD/MBA from the University of California.
Mr. Hartman also studied at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
