Sam Graham

Mr. Samuel N.
Graham is a Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Diversified Trust Co., Inc. He is on the Board of Diversified Trust Co., Inc. He focuses on corporate strategy and growth.
He is one of the firm’s founding shareholders and served as President and Chief Operating Officer prior to becoming CEO in 2011.
He has served on the firm’s Board of Directors since its inception.
Mr. Graham serves on the Advisory Board of The UHNW Institute, an independent, non-profit Think Tank established to promote thought leadership education and best practices within the ultra-high net worth advisory industry.
In addition, Mr. Graham is a Trustee of Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis where he serves on the Endowment Committee.
He is also a member of the President’s Council for The University of Tennessee.
Prior to Diversified Trust, Sam was a Vice President within the trust division of First Tennessee Bank.
He began his career with Ernst & Young Consulting.
He served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Memphis University School from 2013-2020 and as trustee since 2004.
Mr. Graham is a past president of the Memphis Estate Planning Council and previously served on the Memphis Regional Advisory Board of Teach for America where he was a charter board member.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
He also graduated with honors from the ABA Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and from the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School.
