Mr. Chapman founded Champan Capital in 1996.
Prior to founding Chapman Capital L.L.C, Mr. Chapman worked in trading and arbitrage at Goldman Sachs as well as later stints in research and trading at Junction Advisors and arbitrage and strategic hedging at NatWest Securities USA. Mr. Chapman was also a small-cap value manager at Scudder Stevens & Clark.
Mr. Chapman is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment Distribution Company (EDCI Holdings, Inc.), a NASDAQ listed provider of supply chain services to the home entertainment market.
Mr. Chapman received his Undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987.
