Ray Aronson

Mr. Ray Aronson is Senior Managing Director at Sutter Securities, Inc. Prior to joining Sutter Securities in September 2004, he was Senior Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Departments at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. He joined Bear Stearns in 1975 and became Senior Managing Director in 1994.
He also served as Director of Compliance for Bear Stearns Securities Corporation.
Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Aronson was Director of Compliance and General Counsel of Edwards & Hanly, a New York Exchange member organization.
From 1965 to 1972, he was a staff attorney at the American Stock Exchange, becoming Associate Director of Rulings in 1968.
He has several years of legal and management experience in the securities industry, with in-depth knowledge of federal securities law and self-regulatory organization rules.
Mr. Aronson received an A.B. from the University of Rochester in 1959 and a J.D.
from New York University School of Law in 1962.
