Paul Shanley

Paul is an experienced executive who has worked across blue-chip organisations in the financial services sector in multi-disciplinary leadership roles spanning Finance, Operations and Human Resources.
Immediately prior to joining IIG as Chief Operating Officer in 2018, Paul was General Manager, Transformation, Performance & Reporting at the Australian Unity group and prior to that was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at JBWere.
Earlier he was at Aviva Australia as General Manager Finance – Operations and Group Director Human Resources.
A theme across Paul’s recent roles is leading large-scale transformation programs.
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Masters of Taxation from the University of Melbourne and is a Bachelor of Business.
