Martin Petrik

Martin joined IPM in May 2020 as an Associate responsible for analysis, structure and execution of M&A deals as well as managing the existing portfolio.
Martin has over 5 years of investment banking working experience in private equity investments and transaction advisory.
Prior to joining IPM, Martin worked in Alantra as part of the M&A advisory team.
During his time at Alantra, he worked on a range of mid-market transactions focusing primarily on the healthcare, consumer and technology sector.
