He also held senior through officer level human resources and business planning positions in his 35 years within Ford Motor Company, which included assignments at corporate, division, and plant levels within manufacturing/assembly and sales and marketing divisions both domestic and international operations and includes serving as labor strategist twice a member of Ford's National Negotiating Team with the United Auto Workers.
He served as an inside director on several company wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint venture boards as well as outside director of diversified corporations and non-profit organizations.
He formerly served on the Board of the American Executives Search Consultants (New York) and is a Director of the Board of Trustees of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (Virginia).
Mr. Slosar received a Bachelor of Science Undergraduate Degree in Chemistry from John Carroll University and earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit.
