Mr. Lawler joined The Century Private Equity Group in November 2007.
Prior to joining Century, he was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory practice at KPMG, LLP, where he performed financial due diligence for financial and strategic acquirers.
Prior to KPMG, he was a Senior Associate in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Mr. Lawler earned a BA from Wesleyan University and MS, Accounting and MBA degrees from the Northeastern University Graduate School of Business.
