Jelmer is responsible for all things ‘tech’ at RTP Global.
He is the driving force behind building the firm’s own Data Insights Platform and Venture Capital Operating System, in an effort to digitize the traditional ways of working and make the firm better in sourcing the best founders, closing the best deals swiftly and supporting the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining RTP Global, Jelmer was a partner at Amsterdam-based venture capital firm henQ, investing seed-stage in B2B software startups.
He also has experience in leading international marketing and growth, and later product development at fintech unicorn Backbase.
