Prior to joining Haywood Securities in the spring of 2003, Mr. Flower worked as an Investment Advisor from 1993 to 2000.
Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Auditor General of Bermuda from 1988 to 1993.
In 1983, he established a Chartered Accountant firm that operated successfully until 1993.
Mr. Flower received his Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and received his Chartered Account designation in 1982.
He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1992.
