Blutinger is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Alpine Consolidated LLC, which was founded in 1996.
He is currently the Chairman of Washington International School, Alpine Acquisition Corp., AAC Merger Sub, Inc., and a Director of Mountain Reservations, Inc., Vacanza Technology, and VacationRoost, Inc. Mr. Blutinger previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of AudioNow Holdings LLC from 2010 to 2018, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Espresoh Tech LLC from 2019 to 2021, Chairman of VRGateway LLC from 2004 to 2008, Non-Executive Chairman of LuxUrban Hotels, Inc. in 2024, Director of Travel Services International, Inc. from 1996 to 2001, Director of ResortQuest International, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, Director of Hotels.com, Inc. from 2001 to 2003, Director of Great Wolf Resorts Holdings, Inc. from 2004 to 2012, and Director of Online Travel Services Ltd. from 2000 to 2004.
Mr. Blutinger holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from American University, a graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a graduate degree from American University Washington College of Law.
