Mr. David L.
Fingold is a Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager at 1832 Asset Management LP and a President & Chief Executive Officer at Forest Hill Real Estate, Inc. He is lead portfolio manager for a number of US and Global strategies.
He has over 30 years of business, operational and investment experience including senior positions in corporate finance, sales, purchasing and marketing in the manufacturing, transportation and distribution industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fingold spent seven years as part of a team actively managing equity portfolios for a privately owned merchant bank.
Before entering the money management industry, he held progressively senior roles with Slater Steels Corporation.
Starting his career in purchasing, Mr. Fingold soon added other disciplines to his mandate and moved on to lead marketing, sales and logistics as Vice President Commercial.
Mr. Fingold earned a Bachelor of Science with High Distinction in management from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in 1988.
