IG Realty Investments, Inc. Investment ManagersFinance IG Realty Investments (IGRI) invests in land and development projects, properties, property companies, funds and other property-related vehicles. The company actively develops land, light industrial facilities, office buildings, and multi-family residential projects, coast to coast, from Moncton, New Brunswick to Vancouver, British Columbia. The company structure, coupled with broad geography and product type flexibility provide the management team with the flexibility to seek high yielding transactions from a broader set of potential projects than would typically be available to a REIT or property fund. The firm seeks to make high yielding investments and to add value at all stages of property life cycle and to opportunistically and programmatically build/acquire a broadly diversified portfolio. They also seek to aggregate investments with strategic partners in specific segments such as industrial, office, retail and multi-family to capture operating economies of scale and enhance exit alternatives. IGRI manages risk through diversification of project phase, financial structure, geography and multi property type. Typical development time frames range from 1 to 4 years and typical investment hold periods for selected investments range from 1 to 6 years. | Corporate Officer/Principal | - |
