Benoit Delacour joined Tishman Speyer in 2007 and leads design and construction work in France, Portugal, and Spain.
Through several major redevelopment projects, he and the team have added significant value to these portfolios, including work at Paris Bourse, Lumière, Cap de Seine, Rentiers, Seine Etoile, and the refurbishment of Tour Esplanade, Tour Pacific, and Tour CBX in La Défense.
Benoit began his career engineering on a dam site in Kenya for Spie Batignolles, then returned to Paris where he worked as a site manager for refurbishment operations at Bouygues.
