Amy Leenhouts Tait founded Tait Realty Advisors LLC in 2001, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. in 2007, where she worked as Chairman from 2018 to 2021, and Broadstone Real Estate LLC in 2006, where she is working as Executive Chairman.
Ms. Tait also currently works at Al Sigl Center For Rehabilitation Agencies, Inc., as Director, The Princeton Club of Rochester, as Director, Benefit Street Partners Multifamily Trust, Inc., as Director, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc., as Member-Governors Board, Broadstone Ventures LLC, as Principal from 2011, and Broadstone Asset Management LLC, as Principal from 2011.

Ms. Tait received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and Masters Business Admin degree from the University of Rochester Simon Business School.
