Wall Street pulls away again as Hormuz reopens
U.S. markets ended the week sharply higher, buoyed by easing geopolitical tensions and a steep drop in oil prices after the announcement that the Strait of Hormuz would reopen. The S&P 500 rose 1.2% to 7 126. The Dow Jones gained 1.79% to 49 447,4, while the Nasdaq 100 advanced 1.29% to reach 26 672,4.
